Originally Poswall & White, the law firm of Brelsford Androvich has been in existence since the early 90s. Though many illustrious names pass through this firm, the firm’s eminent suitability with litigation is still very much indissoluble. Brelsford Androvich understands that most clients have never been involved in litigation and are unaware of the legal process. The attorneys of Brelsford Androvich not only work to achieve the best results possible, they educate the client and provide guidance. They pride themselves on being approachable and warm. Concern for the client’s well being during the entire litigation process is a hallmark of their practice. Commitment to excellence, integrity and success while representing the injured and wronged have given Brelsford Androvich its distinctive reputation. All of our attorneys are imbued with this commitment and trained in this tradition.
Brelsford Androvich established itself as a leader in personal injury litigation by successfully handling cases against major multinational corporations and taking challenging medical malpractice cases in difficult rural regions.
William Brelsford, a lawyer since 1999, brings to the firm extensive trial experience and a thorough understanding of how to defeat insurance companies in cases arising from auto accidents, medical malpractice and products liability. He joined the firm in 2006 and was named partner in 2009. He began his career as a medical malpractice defense attorney. He understands how insurance companies try to limit their exposure and avoid taking responsibility. He tried Sacramento’s first-ever expedited jury trial, and continues to try complex medical malpractice matters.
Joe Androvich joined the firm after having served six years as a defense lawyer in the Sacramento area. Joe has successfully represented clients at Trial and licensing hearings. He has participated in a number of civil jury trials in Sacramento, Yuba, Sutter, and El Dorado counties. He is intimately familiar with all aspects of litigation leading up to and including trial. He joined the firm in 2014, and was named partner in 2018.
